Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Falso, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms or policies that are clearly presented within the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Falso is a psycho-security product that uses AI to analyze online content for possible influence, persuasion, and manipulation patterns.
The Service may include:
- article, video, and social-content analysis
- AI-generated summaries, scores, influence-pattern breakdowns, and risk-oriented signals
- analysis history, storage, and retrieval features
- user authentication, account management, and subscription or credit-based access
3. Account Terms
To use certain features, you may need to create or maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities that occur through your account.
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement, or if your use is permitted by a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
4. Plans, Credits, Payments, and Cancellation
Falso may offer free access, paid plans, subscription tiers, credit bundles, or other paid features. Current pricing, included usage, and plan details are the terms shown at the time of purchase or inside your account.
Paid subscriptions, if offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. We may change pricing or plan features with notice where required by law or reasonably appropriate under the circumstances.
You may cancel future renewals through any available account controls or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees are final and non-refundable after credits are consumed or service access has been provided.
Because Falso provides interpretive AI-generated analysis, dissatisfaction with an analysis result, score, summary, or severity level is not by itself a basis for a refund.
If a technical failure materially prevents delivery of a paid feature, contact support promptly with enough detail for us to investigate. We may review technical failures, billing mistakes, or duplicate charges on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a billing concern, contact support before initiating a payment dispute when reasonably possible. We may suspend access during a chargeback or fraud investigation.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm other people, organizations, or the Service itself.
- comply with applicable laws and regulations
- not use the Service to defame, harass, threaten, abuse, or unlawfully target others
- not present Falso outputs as verified facts, legal findings, or professional diagnoses
- not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or account restrictions
- not upload or submit material you do not have the right to use
- not interfere with the operation, integrity, or availability of the Service
- not access data or accounts not intended for you
7. Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Falso. By submitting content, you grant Falso a limited license to process, analyze, store, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content is lawful and that you have the rights or permissions needed to submit it.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or threatens the safety or integrity of the Service.
8. AI Output Limitations
Falso outputs are probabilistic, interpretive, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated. They are analytical aids, not statements of proven fact about any person or organization.
You must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for legal, employment, housing, credit, insurance, educational, medical, mental-health, reputational, or other high-stakes decisions.
The Service is not a substitute for legal advice, counseling, therapy, journalism, formal investigation, compliance review, or any other professional service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, visual design, trademarks, product copy, and proprietary analysis workflows, is owned by Falso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law or with Falso's prior written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Falso may collect, use, store, and protect information as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to any Privacy Policy or privacy notice that Falso makes available. We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Falso does not guarantee the accuracy of outputs, uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, suitability for your needs, or the security or reliability of third-party content, links, or platforms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falso and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falso's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Falso for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Falso and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of others.
14. Suspension and Termination
Falso may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal exposure, threatened the integrity of the Service, or harmed other users.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions about intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
15. Changes to these Terms
Falso may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the date on this page and provide additional notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise or applicable law requires a different result, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Falso is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
